The Main Transport Prosecutor's Office (hereinafter – the MTPO) pays special attention to the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs.

For this purpose, on the basis of the MTPO there was created a mobile group, where entrepreneurs can apply to them at any time of the day at the phone number +7 7172-71-22-51.

In order to increase the trust of the population, the MTPO held the action "Prosecutor - Clarifies" (hereinafter - the "Action") aimed at clarifying the rights of entrepreneurs to protect property rights.

The events were held with participation of law enforcement bodies, state control and supervision bodies, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken".

In total, the bodies of the transport prosecutor's office conducted 67 actions, 25 of them with a visit to the supervised facilities, during which issues of protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, as well as labor and social rights of citizens and passengers were considered.

As the results of the Action and supervisory activities show, the main violations on the part of government officials are the illegal reclamation of information concerning the rights of entrepreneurs, the conduct of unjustified inspections, unlawful prosecution, etc.

For example, two business entities «АТП Тулпар» LLP and «Белагаш» LLP are excluded from the inspection list with the help of monitoring measures of the MTPO.

In addition, on June 29 this year, a joint meeting of the Council for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Counteracting Corruption was held at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" with the participation of the MTPO, where the results of work for 2017 on minimizing and eliminating the causes and conditions contributing to corruption offenses in the field of transport control were discussed.
